Asana Yoga - the meaning of Asana is to sit pleasantly upon one position before start to learn yoga.
Traditional yoga context and practices, "Asana Yoga" is simply the ways of performing "Yoga Asana" (ways of sitting or remain hold pleasantly upon one position)
before start to learn yoga.
Traditional yoga and Modern yoga may have different approach,
but BOTH towards one goals - "KNOWLEDGE AND HEALTHY LIFE".
Traditional Yoga (indepth knowledge): HATHA YOGA, RAJA YOGA, BHAKTI YOGA, JNANA YOGA, KARMA YOGA, MANTRA YOGA and TANTRA YOGA.
Traditional Yoga teaching (Unity): for individual knowledge, body, mind, feelings, spirituality and wisdom.
Association (Sangh/Sangam): Unity, sharing and bonding between human is the greatest pathway to attain knowledge and experiences.
WORLD YOGA ASSOCIATION, took inititative to rejuvenate and preserve the traditional ways. Traditional yoga essence has been almost forgotten or tarnished in quality due to changes and evolving yoga trend in modern world.
We teaching yoga for good discipline, practical manners, enhance mind and preserve traditional educational guru pathway for yoga students, yoga practitioners and yoga teachers.
World Yoga Association provides registration, certification, accreditation, yoga teacher training of Traditional yoga for yogi consists asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and tantra.
Yoga Teacher TrainingMembers registration, certification and event accreditation for Traditional yoga tournament or yoga championship.
