  • Yoga Practice: Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.
  • Breathing Techniques: Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and meditation (Dhyana & Dharana).
  • Teaching Methodology: Alignment, sequencing, adjustments, and time management.
  • Philosophy & Psychology: Ancient yoga texts, Indian philosophy, and mental & emotional well-being techniques.
  • Workshops & Special Topics: Backbends, hip opening, upper body strength, core engagement, and mantra chanting.

Sundays are reserved for relaxation and exploration. Morning breakfast is provided, followed by excursions to some of the Cameron Highland's most significant spiritual and natural sites:

  • BOH Tea Plantation Visit: Learn about tea cultivation and enjoy fresh tea with stunning views.
  • Strawberry Farms: Pick fresh strawberries and enjoy homemade jams.
  • Waterfall: A lush rainforest escape for meditation, and relaxation. Waterfall, take in the fresh mountain air surrounded by dense tropical rainforest, provides a picturesque setting that is perfect for photography, picnicking, and simply soaking in the tranquility of nature.
  • Traditional Fire Ceremony: A spiritual purification ritual to deepen your connection with yoga.

After excursion activity ends on Sunday, students may enjoy own time by having lunch and dinner at nearby cafés and restaurants.

Evaluation & Certification

Evaluation & Certification

Certification assessments include both written and practical evaluations.

Student conduct is considered in the final assessment.

100% attendance is required for certification, highlighting the importance of commitment and ensuring full understanding of the curriculum and program integrity.

If attendance is missed due to unforeseen reasons, students should arrange a make-up class their assigned yoga teacher or lead trainer.
