Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement through a set series of postures, or asanas, performed in a specific order. This practice, rooted in ancient traditions and popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, emphasizes fluidity and strength by linking each movement to an inhale or exhale.
