Pranayama

Pranayama is the yogic practice of breath regulation, designed to control and expand the flow of prana—the vital life force—within the body. Rooted in ancient tradition, these techniques serve as a bridge between the physical and mental aspects of yoga, promoting both inner calm and heightened energy.

Through guided and progressive breathing practices, students develop greater lung capacity, strengthen the nervous system, and improve concentration. As a key pillar of traditional yoga training, Pranayama prepares practitioners for deeper experiences in meditation, mindfulness, and advanced yogic disciplines.
